Ever since I was a little girl, I have always loved being in the kitchen.

I remember my very first recipe from the Joy of Cooking. I quickly realized that good food was a great reason to bring people together. In high school, I started the Gourmet Club. Every month a group of us made a meal centered around a theme. I also remember the anticipation of getting Bon Appetit and Gourmet magazine in the mail.

I think I was probably the youngest subscriber! Fast forward 30 years and I opened my restaurant in Phoenix, Arizona. This has since been sold, but you can still find me in my kitchen and now happily sharing recipes with you!
